Computer-generate total home load calculation. You cannot properly determine the right size HVAC systems for your home by using “the size unit you have now”, by square footage, or using a “rule of thumb”. (If you have another contractor about to do any of these, we suggest you contact us, instead.) Your Magic Touch sales representative will measure your entire home, and take load considerations such as doors, windows, walls, attic/wall insulation, roof type, and even the number of people in your home into account. This ACCA “Manual J” load calculation is how you do the job right. In fact EVERY A/C manufacturer states you should not let a contractor who doesn’t do a computer generated load calculation install their equipment.

Performance Test-in / Test-out. We offer a Valley exclusive “proven results” set of options to our new installation clients. A Magic Touch Certified Building Analyst will test your home utilizing high tech testing equipment for things like duct leakage, air infiltration into your home, missing insulation, moisture content, static pressures, air velocity and more. We then give you the results. Then after the installation is completed and recommended repairs have been finished we will return and test it again. Measured results = proven results. Many of these tests and repairs also qualify for additional utility cash rebates. We use testing equipment such as infrared thermal image cameras, blower doors, duct blasters, pressure pans, velometers, and more. Our competition…well they just don’t.

Digital duct system photos. Part of our thorough duct inspection is to take digital photos to ensure everything was properly designed and installed, inside and out. If you have another company determining system requirements without factoring in your duct work or virtually ignoring its construction, you should call in Magic Touch to do the job properly.

Computerized duct system design. If we determine a duct system has been installed poorly, we use the best software money can buy to design the corrected system. It determines the precise diameter and length of duct material needed, the exact size vents, and more. If another HVAC contractor gives you a quote without this “Manual D” duct design approach, we suggest you ask Magic Touch to design your duct system correctly.

No pressure “education presentation.” After we assess your HVAC needs, we will patiently show and explain to you exactly what we have found, both good and bad. We will go over your choices of equipment, if needed, reviewing both their features and costs. Finally, once we have jointly settled on a solution, your Magic Touch sales representative will give you an on-site, all-inclusive investment cost. You will only pay what we have set down in writing, with no surprises later. If another HVAC supplier simply hands you an estimate without taking these steps, we urge you to thank them for their time, and call us for a properly developed estimate.

Financing options. We work with many manufacturer, third-party credit company, and governmental programs that may help you with financing up front or rebates/credits later. Your sales rep will be happy to provide you with this information, which is critical to so many in this recent Arizona economy.
