Magic Touch employs approximately twenty-five of the "best of the best" hand-picked people in the industry. Founded by company president, Rich Morgan in 1997, Magic Touch Mechanical, Inc has grown into one of the larger and most well respected HVAC and Energy Auditing companies in Arizona.
Michele Morgan joined the company in 2004 after working for many years in the financial industry. Her degrees and experince in Business Management and Finance were instrumental in streamlining processes which allow Magic Touch to deliver unparalleled customer service to our loyal client base.
Magic Touch was recently voted the; "Best Contractor to Work For in the U.S." by the largest Trade News Publisher in the Country which helps us attract the best and brightest in the business.

Rich Morgan – CEO
Rich has been working in the HVAC industry since 1987 when he was just 16 years old. Working for freinds of the family who owned a large mechanical contracting business that served three states, Rich had the opportunity to learn by as he puts it "true craftsmen".
Rich has worked in many positions in the industry including, service, installation, energy auditing, job foreman, estimator, and management and is happy to now be in a position to provide a great work environment and career path for all the talented people on the Magic Touch team.

It makes me very proud to work with a team of professionals dedicated to providing excellent customer service and personal growth that represents both Magic Touch Mechanical and myself, so well. It truly is an honor to have put together and be able to work with this much talent and excellence under one roof!

Rich has a degree in Electro-Mechanical Technologies. He's a BPI Certified Building Analyst, RESNET Certified HERS Rater, and Certified Master Heat Pump Technician, as well as having earned many other industry certifications over the years.
Rich is also very proud to give back to the industry that has given him so much and is the President of ACCA-AZ (Air Conditioning Contractors of America - AZ Chapter. As well as serving on the Board of Directors for the Arizona Electric League, Arizona Heat Pump Council, and Arizona Energy Management Council.
He is a frequent national speaker for many trade associations and training facilities because of the reputation Magic Touch has earned for having one of the most advance training and continuing education programs in the country.
Rich spends much of his free time giving back to the community and has volunteered a lot of time to charities such as:
Maggie’s Place, The Annual Cooler Startup, Project Cool-Aid, and multiple HVAC service and equipment giveaways to the needy and less fortunate annually.
In his free time Rich is an avid skydiver with over 1,000 skydives under his belt.
