Rich, who entered the trade as a teenager, was fortunate enough to learn the trade from as he puts it; "the true craftsmen...the old-timers". Since those days, Rich has worked in almost every facet of the industry and built Magic Touch with the same spirit of craftsmanship while establishing Magic Touch as a leader in the industry by incorporating emerging technologies.
Today everyone at Magic Touch is instilled with those core values of providing true craftsmanship and an unwavering excellent customer experience. We will not compromise those values or our integrity for the sake of profit.
